We’re here to help make your pin up photography session as flawless as you! Get started with these quick steps to scheduling your pin up session with Vixen.

STEP 1: Choose Your Theme

If you haven’t already, check out our themes to help give you ideas of what scene you want to set. With 25 themes and counting, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for. If not, no worries! We’ll help you dream up your desired look.

2. The Vixen

$500* (3-4 hours)

3. The Glamour Girl

$600* (4-5 hours)

4. The Calendar Girl

$1000* (6-7 hours)

5. The Pin Up Party

$425* per person (Time Varies)

Want to enhance your session?

The following can be added to any theme or package and are in addition to the regular package price:

  • Extra backgrounds from $50 and up
  • Extra lighting options $100 and up
  • Extra set builds, $150 and up

STEP 3: Get the Fine Details

Get the details out of the way now, by checking out our Deposit and Cancellation Policy.

DEPOSIT
Deposit amounts vary based on your selected package and total costs. We request deposits are made within 48 hours of scheduling your appointment. If you need more time, let us know! We’ll be glad to work with you.

This deposit will secure your appointment date and time. You can make your deposit through PayPal, and it is non-refundable. Once the deposit is made, your appointment is secure. If we don’t hear from you in the first 48 hours, we’ll have to open your appointment back up to incoming clients (unless we’ve already agreed on an extension).

PAYMENT
The full payment of your pin up photography session is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. When you show up for your session at your scheduled time, the previous deposit amount will be deducted from the total owed. Forms of payment accepted include: Cash or Money Orders. No checks, sorry! If you have any questions just feel free to ask. If you’re worried about affording your photo shoot, just talk to us. We’ll help figure out what will work for you!

CANCELLATION
In case you need to cancel your appointment, we require 7 days’ notice from the date of your shoot. If you don’t cancel within this time frame or you do not show up for your appointment, we charge an additional $100 fee and you lose your deposit. Once appointments are finalized, cancellations at any time will result in the loss of your deposit.
